The unforgettable essence of sun-dried fields meeting saline air accompanied by stewed fruit and sweet clove rock. A blend of two Single Malt Whiskies from the Echlinville and Hinch distilleries. One of our single malts is matured 9 years in Bourbon casks, the other for 3 years in Madeira casks for layered flavor and balance. We are independent blenders that curate whisky expressions from many different distilleries in each of the four proud provinces of Ireland. Our four unique blends bring together the best liquids from our Irish distillery partners.
