T-REX\n7\u201D\nFunky London Childhood\nLIMITED EDITION\n500 MADE\nPICTURE DISC\nThe last in this year\u2019s \u2018alternative\nsingles\u2019 series\nfeatures a track that was never issued\nin Marc\u2019s \nlifetime - Funky London Childhood was\nshelved in \nfavour of London Boys as a single (a\nbroadcast \nversion of which is also included here\n). Funky \nLondon Childhood eventually was renamed\nVisions \nof Domino and rerecorded as an album\ntrack for the \nDandy In the Underworld album issued in\n1977. By \nearly 1976, the much delayed Futuristic\nDragon \nalbum was due to be issued along with a\nfull UK \nTour, although since finishing the\nalbum Marc had \nrecorded enough material for two more\nalbums, \nmost of which would also get shelved\nand never see \nthe light of day in his lifetime. Two\ntracks on the B \nside are in keeping with many T.Rex\nsingles of the \nday and aligning with today\u2019s\nguidelines of how \nmuch time we can get of optimum sound\non 7\u201D vinyl.9
