W696 is a portable floor standing unit intended for the one-man workshop and can be connected to any bench top machine or floor standing machine such as bandsaws, planer thicknessers, table saws. The inclusion of the floor sweeping attachment means it can easily be used to clean up the workshop floor.The induction motor ensures that noise levels are kept to a minimum. Dust and chippings are all collected in the transparent collection bag which when full can either be emptied and refitted or disposed of and a replacement fitted. The extractor is finished in a tough paint job to keep its looks for many years.The standard cloth filtration bag is replaced with a cartridge to increase the filtration performance down to a super fine, 1 micron particle size. The extra deep pleats in the filter material, increase the surface area of the filter so that there is no loss in air flow compared to the original cloth filter.To ensure a long life without any deterioration in performance the filter includes an internal cleaning device. Gently rotating the handles after each use, moves the internal paddles which clean the inside of the filter and prevent clogging.Supplied with steel fan, 2 metre length of our tough adjustable length hose, transparent plastic collection bag with quick release metal strap, floor sweep attachment, castors, NVR switch, cable and plug.The maximum running time for this machine is 2 hours without rest.
