The Ryoba is a Japanese pull saw with teeth on both edges of the blade. It is one of the more unusual looking Japanese saws, however do not discount it, because it is actually the perfect all in one solution and is the most economical way to buy.The Shogun MC2424H is a 2 in 1 saw with one edge for Crosscutting (across the grain of the timber) and one edge for Rip cutting (parallel to the grain of the timber). The 2 edges are clearly marked for the different functions with differing tooth types to maximise efficiency for each function. The non-slip handle is made from a rubberised elastomer to give a comfortable feel.This saw is a true all round work horse for carpenters, joiners and woodworking hobbyists alike.
