HOW TO ENJOY - This gin is perfect for a gin & tonic but equally as tasty with your favourite lemonade. Garnish with a few raspberries and a sprig of mint to enhance the flavour. RASPBERRY & MINT COCKTAIL - Why not try making a Raspberry & Mint Cocktail by adding mint leaves, raspberries, lemon juice, sugar syrup and & Copeland's Raspberry & Mint Gin to a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain out the cocktail mix into a rocks glass filled with ice and garnish with 1 or 2 raspberries and a freshly picked mint sprig.
