Made with heritage grains grown long before industrial farming, this Fielden Rye Whisky is full of flavour. The English whisky has been matured for 42 months in a combination of fresh and used American oak barrels, Sauternes casks, Moscatel casks and Madeira casks, before being bottled at 48% abv. There are notes of flowers and fruit on the nose, before a palate of flaky pastry, caramel, hazelnut and freshly baked bread. The finish brings forth the freshness of the grain, alongside minty, peppercorn spice.
