Made from 100% homegrown barley, the whisky is matured using a unique solera-inspired approach. Each time a batch is bottled, it is replaced with older casks that are carefully selected from the warehouse, ensuring a consistent profile while also allowing the whisky to gain age, depth, and complexity.
