Description\n\nThe Kodiak armoured command vehicle is an extensively modified version of the Bear which foregoes transport capacity in favour of a battlefield command centre. This provides a mobile base from which a UCM commander and staff can direct frontline operations.\nThe Kodiak features a large communications dish and electronic warfare suite mounted on a dedicated trailer allowing the Kodiak to conduct high fidelity ground-orbit communications at a robust level of encryption. In the most desperate of situations, this gives the Kodiak the option to direct tactical directed energy orbital strikes.\n\nA Panda is closer to the standard Bear APC in form, but uses an additional trailer derived from the same design as the Kodiak. Although less armoured, the Panda retains its transport space (albeit with a new door mechanism). Without the command suite the trailer instead houses an advanced scanning array.
