A Smooth & Elegant Whisky - Flavours of citrus, peach, apricot and spice. The organic Scottish barley and gentle fermentation and distillation methods accentuate the fruity flavours in the spirit. Matured In Three Different Casks - Nc’nean organic whisky is matured in 55% specially treated red wine casks, 43% American whiskey casks, and 2% Oloroso sherry casks, giving our whisky its signature body and sweetness. How To Drink Me - First and foremost, however you want! We like a Whisky Six: 2 parts Nc’nean to 4 parts Soda Water over plenty of ice, topped with a sprig of fresh mint. Net Zero Carbon Emissions & Certified B Corp - Nc’nean Distillery is officially verified as having net zero carbon emissions from our own operations (scopes 1 and 2) by Environmental Strategies Limited.
