The awning beading has some dirty marks, but is not damaged and only slid into a dirty awning rail. Naturally the awning roof does have some signs of being opened, but is in first class condition, the main awning panels have been inspected, zipped in and out at our indoor inspection area. This awning is exceptional value for money and comes with all original accessories as listed above. The outer storage bag has signs of handling and shipping. The awning comes with a complete steel frame which is in excellent condition and has NO missing parts or damage. 30 days return policy applies to this product with a 6 month guarantee.
