The Viavito Novalift is a fully-adjustable folding utility weight bench for versatile muscle building and strength training workouts. A multi-position backrest can be easily adjusted to decline, flat, upright (top position 80 degrees) and 4 incline positions to let you target different muscle groups and maximize results. Designed to help you increase strength, gain muscle mass and get six pack abs, this functional bench is great for a variety of exercises including bicep curls, triceps bench dips, chest flys, shoulder press, military press, seated lateral raise, chest press, back rows, decline push ups, sit ups and leg lowers. The Novalift will enable you to target your core, torso, arms, abs and shoulders, while the steel construction ensures a stable base for the most intense workouts. The bench can handle a maximum load of 150kg (330.7lbs) including the user and offers practical front pegs enabling you to securely anchor your feet when performing sit ups. For enhanced comfort and added support, there is a 45mm (1.7') thick padded seat and back support, whilst double stitched and tear-resistant duraguard vinyl guarantees long-lasting durability, plus, with its space-saving folding design, the weight bench can be folded flat for easy storage under the bed or in the closet.
