MAGNETIC RESISTANCE SYSTEM: With its 16 levels of electronically regulated magnetic resistance, the magnetic resistant system is ideal for all fitness levels and objectives (requires mains power). Select levels 1-4 to warm up, 5-8 for cardiovascular exercise, 9–12 for fat loss, and 13–16 for intense sessions.
