The KCT stretchers are easy to use and can make even your most uncomfortable shoes fit like a custom size. They include holes to put bunion plugs in which will help target any specific problem areas. They can also be used to get rid of creases and keep your shoes in shape.To lengthen the shoe, insert the heel part of the stretcher into the shoe and then simply turn the adjusting dial anti-clockwise to move the heel block backwards. Stop turning it once you have reached your ideal length. To widen the shoe, turn the black metal handle clockwise ensuring you do it slowly to prevent overstretching or breaking the shoe and the stretcher. Once the shoe is adjusted to its desired size, leave the stretcher in the shoe for about 24 hours. The longer it is left in the shoe, the better the results will be.For best results, use ideally on flat or low-profile shoes.
