70cl / 43.60% - The second release of Holyrood single malt and the Edinburgh distillery's first release of peated whisky, this is Embra. It was aged in a combination of casks, predominately first-fill bourbon, some from peated quarter casks from Islay, as well as a small portion of virgin American oak. The interesting label design was based on a linocut inspired by images of St Leonard, the patron saint of barrel makers and also the distillery's location.
