Description\n\nThe M9 Hannibal had been the main battle tank of the prewar armies of humanity for over a quarter of a century before the Scourge invasion. Armed with either a 120mm Punisher Cannon or a HI-EX Hammer Cannon, one is a versatile battle tank, while the other is a deadly siege engine.\n\nThe Hannibal is a favourite in Resistance armies, and it's easy to see why. It's touch as nails with 15 Armour and 2 Damage Points, and has a lot of firepower too. A 90mm Cannon can damage any vehicle, and that firepower is doubled (with extra Energy) thanks to the standard 120mm Punisher Cannon. A tank-hunter with few equals! Alternatively arm the Hannibal with a HI-EX Hammer Cannon and see scenery explode thanks to Devastator-4.
