EVERGREEN CLIMBER - Passiflora Damsels Delight, commonly known as Passion Flower is a vigorous growing semi-evergreen climbing plant. This stunning plant produces large exotic looking flowers up to 10 cm across. These flowers have greenish or purplish white petals, with blue purple coronal filaments growing from a deep purple almost black centre.EASY TO GROW - Passion Flower likes to grow in a sheltered area that receives full sunlight but can cope in partial shade. It is best grown in most well draining soil and will cope in a variety of soil conditions. This climbing plant is easy to grow reaching to heights of between 8 and 12 metres when mature, flowering between July and September. It is a popular plant for cottage and informal gardens but looks great in city and courtyard gardens too. ONGOING CARE - This plant is ideal for growing up a trellis or pergola and can be planted into large containers or in the ground beside a wall. In late Spring, prune any frosted or long untidy growth back to 30 cm of the main stem.
