This particular release is the annual limited edition for 2023, and has been aged in Palo Cortado casks. Palo Cortado is an intermediate type of sherry and probably the most ambiguous of all, showcasing a complex bouquet of aroma. These Palo Cortado Hogsheads were carefully selected to show the delicate nature of the wine. Palo Cortado is a wine of great complexity which combines the delicate bouquet of an Amontillado with the body and palate of an Oloroso.
