Protect your concrete surfaces for years to come with StoneCare4U Essential Concrete Sealer. This advanced synthetic resin emulsion delivers superior water repellency, significantly reducing water absorption without blocking pores. For exterior use, it effectively combats efflorescence, algae, and green growth. This ready-to-use sealer provides long-lasting protection and requires minimal maintenance, making it the ideal solution for porous concrete. Achieve complete coverage with two "wet-on-wet" coats for optimal results. Application is straightforward using a low-pressure sprayer, roller, brush, or sponge. Ensure surfaces are clean and dry before application, between 12°C and 23°C. Allow 45-60 minutes drying time between coats. Protect unsealed areas with masking material and immediately cover freshly treated surfaces if rain is imminent, keep the area dry for six hours post-application. Note: A test application in an inconspicuous area is recommended before full application, as appearance may be altered on some surfaces. Clean sealed areas with a mild, pH-neutral cleaner. Avoid harsh chemicals. Coverage: 4-10m² per litre per coat (depending on surface porosity). This 5L pack contains three 5L bottles. Always wear appropriate safety gear (gloves, eyewear, mask, clothing) during application.
