Enhances the bond strength of Seal It Liquid Membrane and EasiSeal Pro to bitumen based, asphalt and felt substrates. w Quick and easy to use. Surfaces to be primed should be free from dirt, oil, grease, dust or loosely bound coatings or any other contaminants that may affect adhesion.
