This version features three sash windows on the front, a one storey anex and a back yard with a outdoor toilet/tool shed. One of the houses icludes a passageway for residents to access their back yards. Model works fits UK Eras 1 - 11 Space for LED Lighting has been included into the design. Windows are not part of the print and need to be cut out separately from a transparent sheet material. A Tool is provided to help with cutting windows to the correct size.
