This Islay single malt matured in oloroso sherry butts from the renowned Spanish cooperage of Jose y Miguel Martin. Bottled in small batches of 20 sherry butts at a time, it boasts a satisfyingly complex profile, dense with notes of coal smoke, cacao, boozy berries, and barbecued meat.
