BONSAI PLANT - The history of Bonsai can be traced back to China in the 3rd century AD, where the art of creating miniature trees began. NOTE: variety of tree and pot colour will be selected at random.GROWING CONDITIONS - Bonsai are easy to care for, but do not like cold or draughty environments. They prefer a warm position in bright indirect sunlight with an evenly moderate temperature of 18 to 29°C. They don’t cope with huge fluctuations in temperature and drafts especially during the Winter. Avoid very hot positions mid Summer as this can lead to scorching of the leaves.WATERING - Watering is important when growing bonsai. They like their soil to be kept moist but not waterlogged. Allow the top inch of soil to dry out before watering again. The best way for watering is using the bottom up method. Although not essential, misting the leaves of indoor bonsai helps maintain humidity levels.
