Beaver-Inspired Storytelling Chair \u2013 Handcrafted Wooden Throne for Outdoor Space\nThe Beaver Storytelling Chair is a hand-carved solid oak throne featuring beavers in intricate detail across the backrest \u2014 originally commissioned for the Dyfi Osprey Project in Mid Wales, and one of the most nature-connected chairs we have ever made. The Dyfi commission came from a desire to put a chair in the landscape that felt as though it belonged there \u2014 something that told the story of beavers returning to Welsh waterways, that children and families could sit in and feel part of that story. The result is a throne that works equally well in a visitor centre, a school, a wetland nature reserve or a woodland classroom. Carved by hand in our workshop and finished with three coats of Epifanes matt varnish for full outdoor durability.
