Levington Fish Blood and Bone 9kg is a traditional, organic-based fertiliser with a balanced NPK of 5-3-5. This means 5 parts nitrogen for strong leafy growth, 3 parts phosphorus for robust root systems, and 5 parts potassium to support flowering, fruiting, and disease resistance throughout the season.The combination of fish meal, dried blood, and bone gives this feed a dual-action benefit: the blood fraction releases nitrogen relatively quickly for an early growth boost, while the fish and bone components break down more gradually to provide sustained nutrition over weeks and months. This makes it particularly well suited to hungry crops, roses, and any plants that need a long feeding window without repeat applications.Suitable for use from March to August, apply every 6 to 8 weeks during the growing season. The pelletised form is low-dust, easy to spread by hand or broadcaster, and can be worked into the soil surface or used as a top dressing around established plants. The 9kg pack offers excellent coverage for larger gardens, allotments, and regular seasonal feeding programmes. Keep away from plant leaves and stems, and water in thoroughly after application.
