Our Grade 3 fire door kits are designed, tested and certified for fire doors in environments classified as Heavy Duty. They are ideal for high-traffic buildings with less than 40 occupants where users may have little incentive to exercise care with some chance of door misuse and abuse.To lock internally, lift handle to throw the deadbolt. To exit, turn the lever handle down to release deadbolt and further down to withdraw the roller bolt latch. For operation externally, turn lever handle down to withdraw the roller bolt latch or in case of emergency use the coin release to withdraw the deadbolt.Innovative lift-to-lock handle that's ideal for disabled toilets as the lifting action is easier to operate than a standard disabled toilet lock. Coin release on the outside for exit in case of emergency. Tubular door handle and a secure round rose cover with a tight rubber seal for extra durability.
