The point angle varies with size: 0.30 mm - 0.95 mm have a 118° conical point, 1.00 mm to 1.40 mm have a 135° 4-facet point, and 1.50 mm and above feature a 135° split point geometry conforming to NAS 907 Aerospace Specification type P3 Point. The surface treatment is bronze, and the material is HSCo Cobalt steel, meeting DIN 338 RN / BS328 / ISO 235 standards.
