The lavender cotton rib stretch knit fabric uses a rib base with a plain finish, giving a clear fabric type, colour and design for project planning. The composition is 95% cotton, 5% elastane, and the fabric has stretch and recovery for trims for cutting, sewing and handling. It has a medium weight feel and measures 140cm wide, so yardage, pattern placement and cutting layouts are easier to plan. The fabric can be washed at 30°c and is suitable for dressmaking projects. Use it for cuffs, neckbands, waistbands and stretch trims, where the handle, width and fibre content can help produce a neat, considered finish.
