The blue deadstock cotton shirting fabric uses a shirting base with a checked design, giving a clear fabric type, colour and design for project planning. The composition is cotton, polyester blend, and the fabric has a smooth stable woven handle for cutting, sewing and handling. It has a light to medium weight feel and measures 155cm wide, so yardage, pattern placement and cutting layouts are easier to plan. The fabric can be washed at 30°c and is suitable for dressmaking projects. Use it for shirts, dresses, skirts and pyjamas, where the handle, width and fibre content can help produce a neat, considered finish.
