The dark taupe polyester velour stretch knit fabric uses a velour base with a plain finish, giving a clear fabric type, colour and design for project planning. The composition is 92% polyester, 8% elastane, and the fabric has a soft plush surface for cutting, sewing and handling. It has a medium to heavyweight feel and measures 150cm wide, so yardage, pattern placement and cutting layouts are easier to plan. The fabric can be washed at 40°c and is suitable for dressmaking projects. Use it for cushions, bags, jackets and occasionwear, where the handle, width and fibre content can help produce a neat, considered finish.
