This Marjoram Essential Oil is steam distilled from the Thymus mastichina plant, which features a hairy stem, oval leaves, and small whitish flowers that grow in clusters. Often referred to as Spanish Wild Marjoram, this plant is a wild-growing variety of thyme, not to be confused with sweet or French Marjoram, nor oregano, which is also sometimes called wild marjoram.
