BASALT VOLCANIC ROCK GIN – A modern, precision-distilled London Dry Gin, distilled on the North Coast of Northern Ireland using basalt-filtered water drawn from a 600ft borehole through the same volcanic rock that forms the Giant’s Causeway. TASTING NOTES – Initially, bright fresh citrus leads, followed by classic juniper with subtle hints of savoury saltiness. On the palate, fresh citrus and crisp juniper are layered with sharp, warming cassia and ginger spice, gently mellowed by buckwheat. The finish is defined by peppery spice, enhanced by tailed pepper, delivering a long-lasting, refined finish. HOW TO ENJOY – Enjoy in a refreshing Gin and Tonic. Fill a highball glass with ice and add 50ml of Basalt Volcanic Rock Gin. Fill with Fever Tree Mediterranean Tonic and garnish with a slice of Orange and a sprig of fresh Mint. HOW IT'S MADE – A precise collaboration of nature and technology. Basalt Volcanic Rock Gin is distilled using water drawn from a 600ft borehole, naturally filtered through ancient basalt rock. Temperature, pressure and vapour speeds are carefully controlled throughout distillation to ensure clarity and balance. The spirit is then rested for five weeks, allowing the flavours to fully integrate into a smooth, three-dimensional gin.
