This sauce is the ideal, pourable, sticky bbq glaze, and marinade TIPS TO CREATE BBQ GLAZE & MARINADE- Add the Fruity Goan to the rub, mix well and brush over your BBQ. It will thicken your glaze while adding extra flavour to it. Add a couple of tbsp and herbs of your choice to your marinade and mix it up with some yoghurt SALAD SAUCE AND IDEAL FOR A SWEET CHUTNEY- The fruity flavours of this sauce go really well with a salad.
