This towel rail electric heating element is designed for installation in selected domestic decorative and bathroom towel radiators. It is not necessarily suitable for use with other products. The element can be used as electric only or in a centrally heated system ( Dual Fuel ) to provide heating of the towel rail when the central heating system switched off (e.g during the summer). Protection device ( Thermostat ) fitted inside the heater prevents over heating of the towel rail. The towel rail heating element should NOT be tested out of water. The electric heating element must only be fitted at the bottom of the radiator. The element must be fitted to the radiator before mounting the radiator on the wall. Please note that the heating element can not be supplied with a plug in the UK as per the regulations.
