Award-Winning Gin by James May - "Gin is traditionally called London Dry - but I live there and usually it isn’t. So I wanted to make a gin that would invoke that unique petrichor smell that comes from light rain hitting the pavement on a warm day. I’ve never met anybody who doesn’t like that smell." The Taste - The key ingredient in that petrichor smell is also present in beetroot. So we’ve combined beetroot with lovage, bay, orange, and ginger to create a gin with light notes alongside earthy tones that give a distinct rainy quality to the gin. This premium 40% ABV British gin has won multiple international awards and is perfect in a G&T or a classic Gin Martini.
