Column distilled from sugar cane juice in 2016, the rum spent the next eight years maturing in a single second-fill bourbon barrel before bottling at cask strength in 2025. Delivering elegant cask complexity and layers of juicy, herbaceous cane sweetness, a release of 236 bottles.
