70cl / 43.00% - Idle Assembly Rum was inspired by the time founder David Flint Wood spent in Dunmore Town on Harbour Island in the Bahamas, where he lived for almost thirty years. There used to be a sign there at Government Dock containing a list of rules and regulations, including one that states there should be 'no loafing or idle assembly'. Hence the name of this rum, which was made for those who do want to idle in the sun, drinking rum. The spirit itself is a blend of rums crafted by a third-generation family of rum blenders in Colombia, who pulled together rums from Trinidad, the Dominican Republic, Venezuela, and Panama aged in bourbon white oak barrels for between 5 and 20 years. It's a tour of the Caribbean and beyond in a bottle.
