Green Copper Lion Dry Gin
Made by whisky drinkers, Copper Lion Dry Gin was made with enough complexity, balance and texture to be drunk on its own, as well as mixed. Each small batch of the gin is made by founder, Minnie, in the heart of the Cotswalds with a recipe of 12 English garden botanicals. Presented at 45% abv. Expect a nose of freshly cut grass, jasmine and citrus, with a palate of juniper and gingerbread. Notes of cinnamon and sweet marmalade reveal themselves in the lasting finish. Try neat, in a G&T or a Martini.
