We import only the finest sustainably harvested wood from trees fallen naturally in the forest. ABOUT PALO SANTO-Bursera Graveolens, known in Spanish as palo santo ("holy wood") is a tree that inhabits the coast of Ecuador. The tree belongs to the same family (Burseraceae) as frankincense and myrrh. It is widely used in folk medicine. Palo Santo is rich in terpenes such as limonene and α-terpineol. TRADTIONAL USES- Palo Santo has tradionally been used for a wide range spiritual practices, varying relaxation,mediation,religious ceromony. Often used in Yoga and perect for smudging and cleansing areas. Not forgetting a wonderful mood setting and relaxing aroma . ETHICALLY HARVESTED- All our wood is certified by the Peruvian Forestery Commission and, has psytosantiray certification. We use only wood that has fallen naturally in the forect. All our wood is sustainably harvested with new trees planted pro rata for all harvested wood. HOW TO USE-Simply light the tip of the stick under a strong flame in a well ventilated area. Don't forget this is real wood and will take a while before fully lighting. Once lit allow the black smoke to burn for around 15 seconds,blow out and you'll instantly get plumes of fluffy white ,beatifully ,lightly aromatic smoke. You'll then have a glowing (not alight) red ember tip and you can smudge rooms,areas or just allow the aroma to cleanse and revise your immediate area.
