This natural food flavouring gives a luxurious prosecco flavouring to your cooking and baking, and can be used with various food and drink. It works great in general cooking/baking, cakes, yogurt, cheesecake, sorbets, drinks (including beer/cider), and ice-cream. It is not , however, suitable for flavouring chocolate. Please note, this is a professional high strength flavouring product and must be used diluted. For best results, dilute the flavour into a key wet ingredient (water, milk, egg). Only a few drops are needed, so try about 10 or 20 drops (0.5ml to 1ml) per kg of food and adjust to taste. The 15ml bottle of food flavouring contains around 300 drops* of high strength flavouring. If you are baking then please remember that some of the flavour will ‘flash off’ so you may need to increase the dose to compensate. * 1 drop is approx. 0.05ml Storage & Care: Store in a cool, dry place.
