From Lebanon’s Beqaa Valley, Domaine des Tourelles Red 2022 is a dry red wine made from Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Cinsault. Bottled at 14.0% ABV, it offers a full, richly bodied style with a deep ruby colour and a generous, structured character. Fruit comes from 15 to 20-year-old vines grown on sandy limestone soils. Each parcel is vinified separately in concrete vats for 10 days, then blended and aged for a further 16 months in concrete vats. The result is a wine with expressive aromatics and a soft yet fulsome palate, well suited to hearty dishes and robust cheeses.
