The Hair Band is made from a tube of stretch Cotton - Total circumference measures approx 36cm without stretching, stretches out to approx 60cm. Length measures approx 60cm unstretched, again will stretch out to approx 100cm plus. Colours: I have named 2 Colours in each Head Band, although some contain just the 2 Colours, many have a mix of several Colours.
