Made from pure honey, local water and yeast (no sugar added), then aged: 3-year-old berry mead, fermented dry and finished with 12 months in French Merlot barrels THE WILD GEESE STORY: Inspired by the “Wild Geese” who left Ireland for France after the Jacobite wars and shaped Bordeaux’s wine trade.
