In Cuvee Koffi 24 distinctive Waterford single malts, each one from a single farm origin come together for a profound, complex and compelling experience; bottled at 50% This is The Waterford: our oldest whisky to date at 6 years of age, conceptually inspired by Bordeaux’s greatest chateaux as the whole is greater than the sum of it’s parts, marrying terroir derived flavours for ultimate complexity Maturation in a combination of the best French and American Oak: including barrels from the Grand Crus of Bordeaux, Virgin and first fill American oak and also Vin Doux Naturel This bottling features a bespoke label, commissioned from artist Nathanael Koffi; natural colour and non-chill filtered Tasting notes: nose of white pepper, grated lemon peel, lapsang tea leaf, hint of herbs, cola cubes and sherbert powder give way to a flavour on the palate of aniseed, spices, tobacco leaf, summer fruits, strawberry pavlova with a long finish of dry spiciness and dried fruits
