Ingredients include both caramelised sugar and milk, ensuring an intense but balanced caramel chocolate taste, with rich notes of toffee, butter, cream and a dash of salt to even out the sweetness! Not only does it taste great, but the warm golden hue also makes any creation look the part, standing out from the competition. This product is suitable to form spreads, creams, custards, mousses, truffles, ganache, icing etc. or melted down to be used in moulds, piping decorations, panning and spraying.
