This version of the Atoma notebook was designed by the Brussels-based Alain Berteau Designworks. The cover is thick brown cardboard, deliberately left uncoated so that it will become worn and scuffed with use to let your Atoma develop its own character. Unlike the standard Atoma books, the binding discs are located on the rear cover rather than the spine; this means that the cover can be made from a single piece to give the look and feel of a ring-binder or hardcover book.
