Please read just to avoid any unexpected surprises!!!\n\nAll genuine lego!\n\nNo box. No instructions. No figures.\n\nThe build is 99% there. The small bag of spares is to substitute some pieces within the build (it\u2019s too difficult to take apart just to change a small part here and there!)\n\nParts that i know are missing:\n1) car numberplate\n2) x2 1x3 dark tan tiles (bedroom curtains)\n3) wizard hat\n4) possibly a leaf\n5) x1 1x8 dark brown plate\n\nOther than that I THINK it\u2019s all there but please allow me a small margin of error for anything I may have missed. Bedroom lamps etc are all there but kept falling off so now in with the spare parts included. The odd part a little dusty.\n\nAt the back of the build there is a minor degree of discolouration to some of the pieces if you look very closely. Again aI would consider it minor. The battery in the light works but could be stronger so may need replacing if you wish.\n\nPartially taken apart to post
