This elegant pendant light is the work of American designer Arthur Umanoff (1923-1985), known for his contribution to the modern American movement that boomed in the mid-20th Century. Arthur Umanoff opts for natural materials when creating his warm pieces that ooze a rare elegance thanks to their elongated and tapered lines. The lampshade is composed of two volumes slotted into one another with different finishes. The upper lampshade features brushed brass and undulating lines, covering the lower, openwork polished brash mesh lampshade like a skirt. The lampshade is topped with a piece of solid walnut.
