To create the Apex series, British designer John Tree was inspired by the classic ""banker's lamp"" found in many bookcases. He has reinterpreted this archetypal reference with a contemporary, colorful sensibility. The Lampshades feature a roof-shaped folded steel shade on a slim chrome-plated base. Color is a central design element, contrasting with the chrome base. The Lampshade rotates 360 degrees, making it easy to direct the light. The Apex series is available as a Clip lamp, Desk lamp and Table lamp, enabling it to be used in a multitude of spaces, from the workspace to the bedroom and every room in the house.
