50cl / 40.00% - The folks at Mosgaard in Denmark have produced a wonderful cask-aged gin here. Their classic dry gin, with its array of botanicals such as juniper, anise, lemongrass, almonds, cloves, and citrus is matured for eight to nine months in ex-bourbon and ex-Pedro Ximenez sherry casks, imparting an excellent balance of oaken vanilla character. A characterful sipper, this will mix nicely with ginger ale and should be fantastic for cocktails too.
