It also meant introduction of new colours (based on US SEA scheme) onto many FAP aircraft (from elderly Ginas, Alouette IIs / IIIs, Alpha Jets, to the most recent AW101s).\n\nF-16 entered service in 1994 and became FAP's first true interceptor since 1980.
